Litterguard® LT-C is an inactivated bacterial vaccine for the prevention of scours induced by Escherichia coli (enterotoxigenic strain) and clostridium perfringens type C.

- Litterguard® LT-C is an injectable vaccine.

- Escherichia coli (enterotoxigenic strain).
Clostridium perfringens type C.

- For the prevention of scours (diarrhoea) in piglets caused by Escherichia coli (enterotoxigenic strain) and Clostridium perfringens type C.

- Inject 2 ml intramuscularly or subcutaneously to pregnant sows and gilts:
- Administer the first dose 4 weeks before farrowing and then the second dose 2 weeks later (that is, at least 2 weeks before farrowing).
- Re-vaccinate by injecting one dose 2 weeks prior to each subsequent farrowing.

- Do not vaccinate pigs 21 days before slaughter.
- Keep out of reach of animals, children and uninformed persons.
- If anaphylaxis or hypersensitive reaction occurs following vaccination, administer adrenalin or an equivalent.
- Sterilise syringes and needles used to administer this vaccine.

- Use entire contents once opened.
- Sterilised syringes and needles should be used to administer this vaccine.

- Store between 2 and 7 ºC.
Do not freeze.
Do not expose to heat and direct sunlight.
