The vaccine is an avirulent, live, freeze-dried culture of Escherichia coli in a glass or plastic vial. It contains ≥ 6,5 X 106 CFU per dose of vaccine.

Poulvac E. coli is an avirulent, live, freeze-dried culture of Escherichia coli bacteria. Recommended for spray vaccination of 1 day of age fowls as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by Escherichia coli.

Use only as directed.
This vaccine is recommended for mass administration to healthy fowls 1 day of age or older by spray as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by Escherichia coli.

Remove seal and stopper.
Half fill with cool, distilled water.
Replace stopper and shake until dissolved.
Pour rehydrated vaccine into a clean container and add cool, distilled water to dilute the vaccine as indicated for your specific coarse spray vaccine applicator.
Administer at a rate of one dose of prepared vaccine per fowl.
